Annual Public Health Awards
The innovations of public health professionals across Oregon have a lasting impact on communities across the state. Each year at the OPHA Annual Conference and Meeting, we host an Awards Ceremony to celebrate the achievements of our public health community.
Public Health Awards include the following categories:
Lifetime Achievement – For those who demonstrate a lifetime commitment to public health and to the improvement of health in Oregon.
Policy Champion – For a person or organization making an outstanding contribution to advancing public health policy in Oregon.
Emerging Leader – For a person or organization demonstrating leadership, innovation, and creativity in the beginning of their public health career or as a new organization.
Outstanding Student Poster - For student poster presenters that demonstrate exceptional work in research and public health.
