Our Conference

The OPHA Annual Conference and Meeting is the premier public health event in Oregon. Since 1944, public health leaders, professionals, educators, advocates, students and stakeholders have come together to share the latest in research, programs, and information. Join us for this inspiring event!

 

Our Community

Our conference attendees include decision-makers, administrators, educators, policy makers, public health leaders and practitioners, researchers, nonprofit executives, students, and recent graduates.

The public health sector spans government, business, and the nonprofit sectors. Professionals who attend our conference include doctors, social workers, epidemiologists, scientists, community health workers, community planners, nutritionists, dentists, chiropractors, occupational professionals, health educators, nurses, academics, and more.

Registration is open! Rates go up on September 2.

Accessibility

Our goal is for every attendee to experience our conference with comfortability and ease. We encourage attendees to feel free to contact us with any requests for accommodation. Please reach out to Disability Section Representative, Taryn Eudaly at [email protected], to request accommodations. 

It is best to notify us at least 2 months in advance so that we can ensure we have all we need for the accommodation. We will do our best to accommodate requests made after this time but are unable to guarantee the availability of all services.

ADA parking is available across the street from the LaSells Stewart Center, directly behind the building, and in the parking garage. Permits are required Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. in all ADA spaces on campus. Learn more about ADA parking options on campus.

 

Refund Policy

  • More than 90 days before conference: 50% refund
  • 31-89 days before conference: 25% refund
  • 30 days before conference: 0% refund

No refunds after September 7 with no exceptions. Please send refund requests to [email protected]
