Elections CommitteeCommittee Chair: Christian Moller-Andersen Electronic voting results are reviewed by the committee. The Elections Committee is appointed by the President and consists of at least one Board member and two members who are not Board members. Members of the Elections Committee shall not be members of the Nominating Committee or candidates of the Board. A spokesperson for the Election Committee is called upon at the annual business meeting to announce the results of the election.
